Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations; will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts; lead the store team in servicing customers; assist in hiring, scheduling, interviewing, and coaching; ensure processes for shipping, transfers, returns, and merchandise invoicing are followed; coordinate store opening/closing duties and maintain compliance with company policies; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
