Key responsibilities include leading store team members, supervising customer service levels, assisting in hiring processes, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, and maintaining store policies. The role also includes managing the store during the Store Manager’s absence and performing opening/closing duties securely. Ideal candidates should have relevant certifications and experience in retail management.
