Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Lead the store team to achieve service and program goals, participate in hiring and interviews, coach and mentor team members, and ensure proper staffing during peak hours. Oversee store operations including opening/closing duties, invoicing, returns, transfers, special orders, POS transactions, inventory and merchandising tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the role emphasizes teamwork, training, and ensuring a positive customer experience across retail and professional customers.
