Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store operations, and manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include leading team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring staffing during peak hours, assisting in setting team member goals, and managing hiring processes. The position demands adherence to company policies, performance of store opening and closing duties, and maintaining the store appearance and operations. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
