Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring excellent customer service and supervising team members. Responsibilities include staffing the retail sales counter, setting team member goals, participating in the hiring process, processing customer transactions, and performing store opening and closing duties. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with bilingual candidates being highly encouraged.
