Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and supervise service levels on the retail showroom, executing programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and coordinate staffing for peak hours. Assist with hiring by scheduling interviews and evaluating candidates, while coaching team members on goals and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform opening and closing duties, including securing the building, processing bank deposits, and managing delivery vehicles. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment.
