Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers by supervising execution of sales programs and ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence, including processing buy online/ship to store orders, handling returns and exchanges, and verifying merchandise invoicing. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and coaching team members on goals and training. Perform all opening and closing duties, secure the building and delivery vehicles, and maintain store equipment and signage. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
