Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes managing the store in the Store Manager's absence, leading the team in customer service, assisting in hiring, and ensuring operational efficiencies such as timely processing of orders and customer returns. Responsibilities also include supervising customer service levels, setting team member goals, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training and relevant certifications, with preference given to bilingual candidates.
