Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while managing store operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom, including sales programs and goal achievement. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Manage store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and security protocols. Assist in the hiring process by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Ensure all team members comply with company policies and clocking requirements. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
