Job Summary
Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure staffing during peak hours. Assist the store manager with setting team goals, coaching, and training, participate in recruiting/interviews, and ensure timely processing of orders, transfers, and returns. Oversee opening/closing duties, secure cash handling, and maintain store appearance and safety. Ensure compliance with company policies, communicate Zipline messages, delegate merchandising tasks, and support with inventory and special orders. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training
- Assistant Manager Certification
- RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
