Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations while managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include leading the team in excellent customer service, supervising the showroom, assisting with staffing during peak hours, coaching team members, participating in hiring processes, processing customer transactions efficiently, and maintaining store policies. The role requires Sales Specialist Training, an Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with preferred qualifications in certified parts professionalism, ASE certification, and bilingual skills.
