Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in managing team members and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store operations, staffing during peak hours, assisting in hiring and training, processing customer transactions and returns, and maintaining store compliance with policies. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include certifications in parts professionalism and ASE, with bilingual fluency, particularly in Spanish, being highly desirable.
