Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom, including sales programs and goal achievement. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise invoicing before product leaves the store. Complete recruiting tasks, schedule interviews, and evaluate candidates for the hiring process. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and securing the building and vehicles. Maintain store building, parking lot, and equipment while ensuring team compliance with company policies and schedules. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
