Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing retail showroom operations while supporting the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store appearance. Supervise team member execution on customer service programs, staff the retail sales counter during peak hours, and process buy online/ship to store orders and returns accurately. Assist in hiring by evaluating candidates, conduct interviews, and coach team members on goals and training. Perform all opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, and ensuring building safety. Manage merchandise invoicing, special orders, and equipment maintenance while ensuring team compliance with policies and schedules.
