Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call, and ensuring the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist the store manager in setting goals, coaching team members, and managing the hiring process through recruiting tasks and interviews. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle customer returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, and arming security alarms. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and work schedules.
