Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising staff during peak hours, assisting in goal setting and team training, completing recruiting tasks, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, and maintaining store policies and operations. Candidates should have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.
