Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and managing operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom, including sales programs and goal setting. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all opening and closing duties, including securing the building, managing deposits, and verifying security systems. Assist in the hiring process by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Ensure team members adhere to company policies, schedules, and training requirements.
