Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while managing operations during the Store Manager's absence. Supervise customer service execution on the showroom floor, including sales programs and peak-hour staffing. Assist with hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, while coaching team members on goals and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, including securing the building, processing bank deposits, and verifying inventory. Maintain store building, parking lot, and equipment standards.
