Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while ensuring store operations run smoothly when the Store Manager is absent or during opposing shifts. Direct the team in achieving sales and service goals, coordinating staffing during peak hours, coaching and mentoring team members, and participating in hiring processes. Manage day-to-day tasks including opening/closing duties, processing transfers and special orders, handling returns and exchanges, ensuring proper invoicing, communicating company messaging, and ensuring adherence to schedules and policies. Qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification, and optional fluency in Spanish.
