Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, including staffing the sales counter during peak hours and processing buy online/ship to store orders. Coach team members on goals and training, handle customer returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with work schedules and security protocols. Perform opening and closing duties, verify deposits, and maintain the building, parking lot, and service equipment. Complete recruiting tasks for hiring and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
