Assistant Store Manager

Lead and support store operations as Assistant Store Manager, helping the Store Manager oversee sales, customer service, and store appearance. Drive excellent customer service, manage staffing during peak hours, assist in hiring and training, ensure proper handling of buy-online/ship-to-store and transfers, oversee returns and exchanges, ensure accurate invoicing and secure cash handling, and communicate merchandising and policy compliance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Requires the ability to lead team members, coach performance, supervise in the manager's absence, and execute day-to-day store duties including opening/closing routines and coordinating with management.
