Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, customer service, and store operations. Responsibilities include managing store teams during the Store Manager’s absence, supervising customer service levels, assisting in hiring and training team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates are required to have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
