Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers, supervising execution on sales programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the retail showroom during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Assist with hiring by scheduling interviews and evaluating candidates, while coaching team members on goal achievement and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate invoicing for all merchandise. Perform daily store operations including opening/closing duties, securing the building, and maintaining equipment and signage.
