Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts to support the Store Manager in leading sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. Responsibilities include supervising the showroom, staffing during peak hours, coaching and mentoring team members, participating in hiring and interviews, ensuring timely processing of orders and returns, enforcing policy compliance, executing day-to-day store opening/closing duties, and maintaining equipment and facilities. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, training, and adherence to company policies with opportunities for career growth within a promote-from-within culture.
