Job Summary
Lead and support store operations as Assistant Store Manager, including supervising the store team to deliver excellent customer service, managing staffing during peak hours, assisting in hiring and training, and ensuring store processes (receiving, transfers, returns, invoicing, and daily opening/closing duties) are executed according to policy. Role involves lifting customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot), coaching team members, meeting goals, and coordinating with the Store Manager to maintain a well-staffed, compliant, and efficient retail environment. Required Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training
- Assistant Manager Certification
- RSS Certification
