Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in managing store operations, overseeing sales and customer service, and leading the team in the absence of the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include supervising customer service, managing staffing during peak hours, coaching team members, assisting in hiring, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining store appearance and security. Required qualifications include Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include certifications such as Certified Parts Professional and ASE Certification, along with bilingual capabilities in Spanish.
