Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in managing sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role includes supervising team members to ensure excellent customer service, managing staffing during peak hours, assisting in hiring and training processes, and overseeing store operations in the Store Manager's absence. Essential functions include processing customer returns, overseeing special orders, enforcing company policies, and performing store opening and closing duties. Required certifications include Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification, while bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
