Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations, and will lead the store team in servicing customers. Responsibilities include supervising service levels, staffing during peak hours, setting team goals and coaching, participating in hiring and recruitment, ensuring timely processing of orders and transfers, accurate returns and refunds processing, invoicing merchandise, communicating updates, enforcing policies, and performing opening/closing duties.
