Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Key responsibilities include managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence, leading team members in customer service, supervising customer service levels, assisting in hiring, ensuring timely processing of orders and returns, and maintaining store compliance with policies. Candidates must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with preferred qualifications in parts certification and bilingual skills.
