Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include managing the store during the Store Manager's absence, leading the store team in customer service, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours, assisting in hiring, processing customer returns and exchanges, and maintaining store operations. Candidates are required to have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with preference for those holding additional certifications and bilingual abilities.
