Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store operations, and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising retail showroom operations, hiring and training employees, ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and returns, and performing store opening and closing duties. Candidates should have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with bilingual skills being preferred.
