Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and supervise service levels at the retail showroom, executing programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage telephone calls per policy, and handle returns and exchanges accurately. Perform opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money, locking doors, and arming security alarms. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and training requirements.
