Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store operations, and supervising the store in the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities include leading customer service initiatives, staffing the sales counter, assisting in team member training and hiring, processing orders and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and performing store opening/closing duties. The role requires a Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with preferred candidates having additional certifications and bilingual abilities.
