Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while managing operations during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts. Supervise customer service execution on the retail showroom, ensure the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours, and process buy online/ship to store, hub to store, and DC add orders. Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, while coaching team members on goals, training, and company policies. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, verifying security alarms, and maintaining the building, parking lot, and equipment. Ensure all merchandise, returns, and exchanges are processed accurately and efficiently.
