Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing store operations, appearance, and staffing. Lead the store team during the Store Manager’s absence or opposing shifts, coach and mentor team members, participate in hiring and interviews, ensure timely processing of orders, returns, and invoicing, manage day-to-day store opening/closing procedures, and maintain compliance with company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and responsibilities include coordinating with management on staffing, training, and customer service programs (e.g., Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot); ensure effective communication, merchandising, and execution of promotional initiatives; and ensure smooth operation of all store functions including transfers, special orders, and security measures.
