Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, managing the store during the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising retail showroom activities, assisting with staffing and team member development, participating in recruitment, ensuring efficient processing of online orders and returns, overseeing compliance with company policies, and performing store opening and closing procedures. This position requires strong leadership and customer service skills, and certifications such as Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification are mandatory. Preferred qualifications include additional certifications and fluency in multiple languages.
