Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence. Key responsibilities include supervising customer service, staffing for peak hours, goal setting and coaching for team members, assisting in recruitment, processing online orders, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should possess Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with desired qualifications including Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
