Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence, supervising customer service levels, staffing the retail sales counter, assisting in team member goal setting and hiring processes, processing customer returns and exchanges, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires abilities in leadership and training, with mandatory qualifications including Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
