Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. Will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or shifts, lead the store team in servicing customers, assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring proper execution of store procedures and policies, including coordinating returns, transfers, and daily operations.
