Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and supervising service levels at the retail showroom, including executing programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and handle opposing shifts, ensuring the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates while coaching team members on goal achievement. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage electronic purchase orders, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform opening and closing duties, secure the building, and maintain store equipment and vehicles.
