Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations, lead the team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, assist in hiring and training, ensure timely processing of orders and transfers, manage daily store opening/closing duties, and coach team members to meet goals. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels, staffing during peak hours, coaching and mentoring, participating in the interview process, ensuring accurate refunds and returns handling, processing of purchases and warranties, executing merchandising and communications (Zipline messages, Image Maker), enforcing company policies, and maintaining store facilities and security. Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification; desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
