Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include managing the store in the manager's absence, leading team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, aiding in staffing, assisting in hiring and training, and ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions and returns. The role demands skills in coaching, mentoring, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate must have required certifications, and bilingual candidates are preferred.

- RSS Certification

- Certified Parts Professional Certification
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
