Job Summary
Assist in leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and retail operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Lead by example to support sales, customer service programs, and store appearance; participate in hiring, coaching, training, and performance feedback; ensure timely processing of orders, returns, and invoicing, and maintain compliance with company policies. Bilingual candidates encouraged; responsibilities include staffing the sales counter during peak hours, coordinating merchandise and signage, and ensuring daily store opening/closing duties and security procedures are followed.
