Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing customers and supervising service levels on the retail showroom, including execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts, ensuring the sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates while coaching team members on goal achievement and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage returns and exchanges accurately, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and securing the building and vehicles. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and equipment while ensuring all team members comply with company policies and work schedules.
