Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and supervising retail showroom operations, including executing specific programs and ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Manage store functions during the Store Manager's absence, overseeing hiring tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluations while coaching team members on goals and training. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform daily opening and closing duties, secure the building and vehicles, and maintain equipment and signage. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
