Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in servicing retail and professional customers while supervising execution of customer service programs and sales initiatives. Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring adequate staffing at the retail counter during peak hours. Assist with hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money deposits, and locking down the building. Maintain store building, parking lot, and service equipment.
