Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service and supervising execution on retail sales programs. Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours. Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. Process buy online/ship to store orders, manage outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money, locking doors, and arming security alarms. Maintain the store building, parking lot, and service equipment.
