Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising retail customer interactions, staffing during peak hours, providing feedback to team members, aiding in hiring processes, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role requires certifications in sales specialization, assistant management, and RSS, with a preference for candidates with additional certifications. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.
