Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts and will lead the store team members in servicing customers. Responsibilities include assisting in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviews, coaching/mentoring staff, ensuring proper training, answering telephones per policy, processing all buy online/ship to store and related transfers, managing returns and refunds, invoicing merchandise, communicating Zipline messages, delegating merchandising tasks, enforcing posted work schedules, and performing opening/closing duties and security procedures. The role requires coordinating with management on goals and performance, maintaining equipment and facilities, and supporting a positive work environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
