Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service, supervise service levels at the retail showroom, assist in hiring, ensure timely processing of orders and returns, execute store opening/closing duties, and maintain training progress. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Strong emphasis on driving sales, coaching and mentoring team members, coordinating with management on goals and staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
